We are recruiting Medical Professionals to support our Out of Hours Service in the Hull and East Riding area. As a key part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is delivered to patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for fully experienced General Practitioners to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering urgent care to those in need.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality medical care in an out-of-hours setting, including telephone triage, diagnosis, treatment, and referral for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including Emergency Care Practitioners, A&E teams, District Nurses, Palliative Care/ Macmillan Nurses, and other support services.
* Promote joint working across primary, secondary, and emergency care services.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and support the audit of service delivery.
* Take an active role in personal and professional development, with opportunities for training and annual appraisals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Fully registered with the GMC.
* Professional Medical qualification.
* Certificate of Prescribed or Equivalent Experience (JCTGP) or Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
* Strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
