We are looking for a team leader to join a growing department based at our business centre in Castleford. You will help develop the skills of individuals within your team through coaching and mentoring.
About the role
The role involves managing a team of administrators and supporting the administration of our Service and Rental departments. On a day-to-day basis your activities will be;
* Co-ordinate the activity of administrators within your team
* Ensure the accurate processing of invoicing inline with customer requirements
* Provide internal departments and external customers verbally or in writing any information they may reasonably require
* Promote the services offered by Toyota Material Handling by performing effective Rental administration/Servicing administration.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a leader role or has experience in a senior position and is looking for the next step.

* Good working knowledge of Office 365 programmes including Outlook, Excel and Word.

* Excellent communication skills
