Job Description
1. You will be responsible for developing holistic employer branding concepts, based on our global EVP, and tailor these to specific markets and target groups
2. You will develop innovative global recruiting campaigns and initiatives to support our talent acquisition efforts in attracting the right talent and draw attention to The Stepstone Group as an employer of choice
3. You will actively support talent acquisition projects, which aim at improving or enhancing the overall candidate journey.
4. You will collaborate closely with the corporate communications and branding team to jointly develop strong target group-specific content and formats (text, image and video) for relevant recruiting channels (e.g. LInkedIn) as well as our career page.
Qualifications
5. 3-5 years of work experience; ideally in Employer Branding, Talent Communications or Recruitment Marketing
6. Experienced in working in cross-functional projects
7. Good knowledge in the creation and implementation of content strategies and target group-specific campaigns, especially for Gen Z and young talents
