A fantastic, specialist Family firm, known to us as a client for many years, are keen to add an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to their already impressive team. Based in well-equipped offices in an impressive setting, close to commuter links, the Legal Personal Assistant will benefit from working directly with the CEO to deliver a high-quality range of Legal Secretarial and Personal Assistant Duties in Solihull.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level 1-2-1 support to the CEO in regards to Family Legal Secretarial Duties and everyday Legal Personal Assistant Duties.
2. Extensive diary management.
3. Assisting the CEO with daily secretarial duties such as managing bundles and typing.
4. Assist the CEO in providing effective and high-quality support.
5. Undertake all aspects of the role using the most appropriate tools and resources for the task to meet deadlines.
6. Demonstrate flexibility.
7. Ensure all work is undertaken in the correct priority order.
8. Ad Hoc admin duties.
Skills Required:
1. Extensive relevant experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal Personal Assistant.
2. Strong working knowledge of LEAP is advantageous.
3. IT literate with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Lync - Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
4. Detailed and strong working knowledge of and high level of proficiency in billing.
5. Exemplary document management and filing.
6. Excellent telephone manner.
7. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
8. Applies knowledge and judgement to solve problems and make decisions.
