The Role: The University of Portsmouth operates a centrally funded Managed Service scheme. This facilitates a centrally coordinated computing equipment replacement cycle and has enabled the University to standardise purchasing for general computing, improving value for money and the quality of service. The Service Delivery Analyst will primarily assist in the preparation and deployment of IT equipment to staff and students across the university and associated processes. Working as part of the Managed Service Team, the Service Delivery Analyst will also provide 1st level and 2nd level support to customers and users within the faculties and central departments using the ITIL framework. This position is based on-site at the Portsmouth Campus. Interviews are anticipated to be held early December 2024.
