Are you looking for an exciting and varied role, where you will be working with a team of technical staff to provide user support and technical assistance to all users of the councils’ business applications? Where you will be investigating and resolving problems, and accurately and clearly documenting fixes to technical issues?
Do you have an ITIL Foundation qualification and demonstrable awareness of ITIL best practice? Do you have extensive experience of supporting digital services in a large organisation and providing first line support to complete incidents and requests effectively and to the users’ satisfaction?
