Learning Coach (Intervention Room/Classroom based) 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) x 39 weeks per year Grade: GLWC Scale 2 Points 3-4 £27,729 - £28,125 (Full time salary) Pro rata Salary: £21,508 - £21,815 per annum (includes holiday pay) We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced learning coach to join our friendly and supportive team to assist with the smooth running of our intervention room (iClass) on a daily basis. The purpose of the role is to provide support to pupils or groups of pupils who require extra interventions for developing their academic attainment and/or their emotional and behaviour needs. As such, there will be a focus on supporting the implementation of work programmes for individuals/groups, including leading on targeted interventions. In addition, some support will be required in lessons.
