Marketing & Social Media Manager (Full time)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum

Located in the Cotswold and seeking a passionate, outgoing and driven Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager with a passion for classic cars to join our great team.
The candidate must possess the following:
* Good web development skills. A clear understanding of creating and editing WordPress websites.
* Graphic design skills (Photoshop) are required to create graphics for website and social media in addition to marketing literature, brochures, magazine adverts etc.
* Excellent English language skills to contribute blog posts and ensure that web copy is clear, well-written and accurate.
* An understanding of as well as developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across digital functions of SEO, social media and email marketing.
* Brand management: Protecting the brand whilst staying on top of industry trends and ensuring that the brand stays ahead.
* UK driver’s licence is required.
Desirable skills:
* Photographic skills that would allow the candidate to gather content without relying on third parties.
* Experience in CRM (HubSpot), event and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for planning, constructing and launching successful social media campaigns. Our main social platforms are Instagram and Facebook.
* Driving traffic to the website and acquiring leads. This will involve the use of HubSpot, where we execute our email marketing campaigns.
* Market analysis and intelligence. The automotive industry is an exciting and fast-paced environment.
* Analysing website traffic and social media analytics to provide internal reports.
* Researching, identifying and presenting new digital marketing trends, particularly in automotive culture.
* Creating and managing link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
* Developing engaging online content including videos, video scripts, graphics, infographics, web pages, and blogs; monitoring and analysing content success.
