Acorn By Synergie is currently looking for a motivated and organised Finance Administrator to join our client's ever-growing team based in the Caerphilly area.
Our client is a technology expert that specialises in supplying gameplay, graphics, studio automation, and interaction to television and events.
Duties of the Job Role
1. Accounts Payable
2. Accounts Receivable
3. Expenses
4. Banking
5. HMRC & Payroll
Essential Skills
1. 5+ years in a finance role (bookkeeping or finance admin).
2. In-depth experience using Xero or similar cloud-based accounting systems.
3. Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
4. Competent I.T. literacy encompassing emails, document management, and task reporting.
5. Ability to manage own time effectively.
6. Good communication skills.
