As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked with the inspection, repair, and servicing of various equipment within our industrial/manufacturing setting. This role requires a blend of practical skills and knowledge of electrical engineering principles.

Description
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems and their components.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations as per company and industry standards.
• Support the implementation of new electrical projects.
• Assist with inventory management of electrical supplies and equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Profile
• Apprentice trained
• Competent at reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic diagrams
• Experienced with low voltage control systems
• Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens CNC control systems
• Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Working with DC drives
• Work well under pressure
Job Offer
• £48,000 per annum DOE
• Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00 - 12:00
