The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, self-motivated and have excellent knowledge and skills relating to buildings maintenance and health and safety in public buildings.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the management of the buildings and grounds:
They will:
1. Open the building each day
2. Act as secondary key holder and respond to call outs in the event of fire damage, burglary, floods etc.
3. Manage building contractors, cleaners and grounds maintenance contractors on site
4. Have knowledge and skills in relation to building maintenance and health & safety requirements in public buildings
5. Undertake general repairs and maintenance including painting.
