Our client is a successful law firm looking for an Administrator to join their growing organisation at their site in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull.
Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the wider teams
Manage and maintain team schedules and business records
Prepare, proofread and distribute internal and external communications
Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering when necessary
Handle client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with team members on special projects as required
Ensure that all procedures and policies are adhered to
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentationsProfile
A successful Administrator should have:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
