Sales & Pre-contract Assistant
£25,000Full-time, 8am-5pm (Office Based)

With a strong commitment to core values such as trust, respect, unity, solution focus, and technical expertise.Role Purpose:Support the Sales Director and Sales & Pre-Contracts Team with administration, document control, and customer relations.Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage sales inboxes
* Handle customer enquiries
* Arrange site visits and manage team diaries
* Process enquiries and orders, ensuring accurate CRM updates
* Maintain sales documentation on SharePoint
* Complete prequalification applications and quotation templates
* Track orders and manage tender deadlines
* Submit quotations and tenders
* Liaise with internal staff and suppliers for quotations
* Ensure smooth project handovers to the Projects Team
* Assist with surveys, valuations, and variations for live projects
* General administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing)
