What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and mentoring Environmental Sustainability Advisors, Coordinators, and Graduates
* Driving sustainability action plans and shaping key project decisions through data, assessments, audits, and incident findings
* Managing and reporting all environmental incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations and permitting requirements
* Supporting environmental risk management across major power transmission and distribution projects
* Identifying and promoting innovative environmental solutions to enhance sustainability outcomes
* Delivering Environmental and Sustainability training across project teams and supply chain partners

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Environmental and Sustainability Management within major infrastructure or construction projects
* Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance requirements
* Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
* A passion for sustainability - and ideally, an appreciation for the great outdoors!
What’s On Offer?
* A Competitive Basic Salary of up to £80,000 (dependent on experience)

* Subsistence allowance up to £14,000 (depending on your current location)
