The role:
1. Prospecting : Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within targeted industries
2. Outbound Calling : Initiate and manage outbound calls to engage prospects, understand their needs, and introduce our products/services effectively.
3. Building Rapport : Develop strong and meaningful relationships with prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
4. Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain and update CRM records to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
5. Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
6. Product Knowledge : Stay up to date with our products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate their value intentions.
7. Collaboration : Work closely with the wider sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales strategies.
The successful candidate:
8. No previous experience is required as full product training provided, however, experience in a sales/customer service role may be beneficial.
