To harness and leverage the growth we are experiencing; our goal is to create a customer proposition that maximises both service and profitability. The Operating Model Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development of our operating model in store, focusing on picking, back of house and loading and they will use data analysis and feedback from our store colleagues to quantify the measures of success and to provide all stakeholders with reporting and analysis on progress. Reporting directly into the Operating Model Development Manager, you will help to map out and maintain the “as is” process end to end and support development of new processes in these areas. Some changes will be trialled to develop the correct process changes with our colleagues, so the coordinator will be required to produce reporting and capture, feedback during these trial periods. Our team will also maintain and produce training guides for our colleagues in store in line with any changes we develop and introduce. We collaborate closely with several other teams, so the successful candidate needs to be able to work cross functionally, independently and be well organised as regular visits to different Asda stores are key to this job role as well as time working in Asda House. A customer focussed mindset is critical in this role. ‘’Lets find out about you’’ To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of ecommerce, as well as previous exposure to eCommerce grocery operations. Sound technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities will be essential to ensure you are able to hit the ground running. Excellent communication skills will be crucial in building relations centrally and with our colleagues in store. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a flexible and agile approach will be highly advantageous.
