Client Insight Research Manager
Acuigen provides customer and client feedback services to blue chip companies and international professional services firms. We are looking for an experienced Client Insight Research Manager who is seeking an exciting new opportunity to join our business as it enters its next growth phase.
Based in our offices in Cranfield, you will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, and delivery of client insight programmes for our key clients. You will be joining a growing, client-focused, quality-obsessed, motivated, and friendly team. You will be expected to deliver first-class research services and excellent customer service.
We have ambitious growth plans, and this role would suit an individual who is able to quickly take responsibility for a range of client projects, who is looking to grow within our organisation and become a key pillar of our growth journey.
The three priorities of this role are to:
1. Deliver first-class research services and excellent customer service
2. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts
3. Work as a key member of the client team to leverage all opportunities to deliver our growth plan with clients you manage and to support the new business development team
Who are we looking for?
We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills:
1. A client service focus, with excellent stakeholder management, ensuring clients are delighted and expectations are exceeded
2. An excellent understanding of client feedback techniques and methods
3. A good listener, and an effective communicator, having the ability to listen intently to understand and respond appropriately
4. Able to work with high autonomy engaging with and presenting to clients, including providing clear advice with a commercial focus based upon the work we do
5. Be detail-focused with a high standard of business level English with the ability to proofread
6. Be numerate with good database and logic skills
7. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidently, empathetically, interact with people (clients, managers, and colleagues) to deliver quality work
8. Ability to manage a small team of researchers
9. Proficient using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
10. Previous experience (minimum 2 years) working in a client-facing, commercial research management role with a good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods with excellent analysis and interpretation skills
