Position: Personal Secretary - Band 3
Location: Various Departments, All Directorates, Western Trust
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Competitive
Type: Temporary

What You'll Do:
* Secretarial Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial services, including diary management, dealing with inquiries, and word processing.
* Document Preparation: Prepare a variety of documents such as minutes, letters, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
* Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings and take accurate notes to ensure effective communication within the team.
* Communication Management: Handle incoming communications and assist with patient inquiries as required.
* Record Management: Maintain accurate records and files to support departmental operations.
* Administrative Tasks: Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for daily administrative tasks.
Who You Are:
* You have 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualifications, along with one year of secretarial experience.
* You possess 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
* You demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
