Our client, based south of Huntingdon, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their small but mighty team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm. You will need your own transport due to the site location. The salary is £25-26,000.
Duties
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
Receive deliveries in person, log the information and any following tasks.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
Support the team with clerical tasks including typing documents, filing paperwork, and managing office correspondence.
Collaborate with other team members to facilitate smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position, able to pick tasks up quickly and reliably.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Competence in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
