My client, an importer of fine foods who supplies high-end supermarkets and luxury specialist delicatessens, is looking for a superstar Administrator with a meticulous eye for detail to join them on their journey of expansion. Based in Shepherd's Bush, you will be joining a supportive and welcoming team of 5.
The Role:
* Proactive Administrative Assistant tasks to improve efficiencies across the company
* Supplier liaison and management, placing orders, keeping the database updated, stock control and management
* Transport logistics management
* Keep all related paperwork in order and filed perfectly
* Checking the “Goods Arrival” sheets, managing any discrepancies or damages, and inputting the stock to our Sage programme.
* Assist in keeping our website up-to-date with images and information.
* Assist in preparing orders to go out to our key customers: putting the order on the system, preparing the relevant labels and paperwork, and liaising with the warehouse.
* Be prepared to conduct Tastings, therefore having an interest in food and, after training, the ability to talk confidently to the public.
* Helping with Instagram and social media.
* Occasionally writing copy for the newsletter.
The candidate:
* Naturally bright, practical, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Administrative experience
* IT Savvy with a love of spreadsheets
* Confident and flexible multitasker who is willing to learn
* Happy working in a small team of 5
* Organised, with great time management skills and the ability to prioritise
* Self-starter, proactive and forward-thinking
