* Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* Salary: £28-£30k (DOE)

What You'll Do:
* Be the frontline for calls, emails, and aftersales queries, delivering exceptional customer care
* Process orders with precision, ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Meet service response times (2-4 hours) while building lasting client relationships
* Support the sales team with quotes and help manage sample inventories
* Keep customers happy by solving problems, managing expectations, and using your initiative
Requirements:
* Experience: Customer service experience in a similar role (knowledge of the specification market or OrderWise a bonus!)
* Personality: Outgoing, detail-driven, and relationship-focused
