The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst or Reporting Specialist is responsible for designing and developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into an organization's performance. They work with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and collaborate with IT and other departments to gather and validate data. They also analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Must hold current DV Clearance
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or related field.
* Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
