Ground Control is a dynamic and growing company that is committed to leaving the world in a better place than we found it. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include answering phones, providing first-line phone support, managing the inbox, and handling various queries. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you will achieve:
* Take ownership of the system inbox, allocating tasks to yourself and other team members within the same working day.
* Answer first-line queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95% of calls are answered.
* Perform ongoing system maintenance.
* Act on queries within a 72 hour time frame.
* Support account managers in extra works conversion.
* Update client portals.
* Take minutes during meetings.
* Assist with invoicing.

Who we are looking for:
Overall, we are looking for a positive, dynamic individual to join our existing team but would particularly welcome applications from individuals with the following:
* Previous administrative and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Good phone manner with experience in answering high volumes of calls.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Resilient and able to maintain a positive outlook under pressure.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience with D365 is desirable
