Technical Business Analyst - Hybrid (Oxfordshire) - £70k
Our client is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Technical BA/PM with attention to detail and excellent communication skills that will lead the BA/PM function and QA process within the Development team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and project management expertise, hands-on experience in software testing, ensuring delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and business needs. This role is a great opportunity for a self-starter, pro-active and keen to enhance technical and business skills through hands-on experience and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement studies.
• Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders for clear communication and project scope understanding.
Key Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and software testing in Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
