Job Description:
The role
As a Housing Development Coach (Housing Assessor), you will support learners in the completion of their Housing Apprenticeships across all levels. You will be delivering a tailored journey to meet the employers and learners' needs. You will also complete monthly teaching and learning, carry out progress reviews, and assess submissions to the learning platform.
The right fit
* Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the housing sector.
* Experience of working in the housing sector or related roles.
* Experience of Apprenticeships, Bootcamps, AEB, and Commercial courses.
* Teaching and/or assessing qualification and/or experience.
* Qualified to Level 3, 4, or 5 or above in an area related to housing (CIH).
* Able to develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources and to deliver these both face-to-face and online.
* Able to manage a caseload and to engage, motivate, and monitor learners to ensure that targets are met.
* Able to build effective working relationships with employers and partner organisations.
* Able to work on a variety of online platforms to keep accurate, up-to-date records.
