Part-Time Data Officer
Location: Lichfield (Office-Based)
Salary: £14,322 per year (pro-rata of £23,870)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 full days)

Are you passionate about using data to create positive change? At Pathway Project, we’ve been supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse for over 30 years. Based in Staffordshire, we’re looking for a Data Officer to help us tell our story through precise, impactful data reporting.
This role offers flexible working to fit your schedule and the chance to be part of a small, supportive team making a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage, analyse, and report on data for funding and operational needs.
* Ensure accuracy in data collection and use it to showcase the impact of our services.
* Work closely with colleagues to include data impact in the storytelling and case studies within funding, trust or grant applications.
What We’re Looking For:
* A detail-oriented individual with experience in data management and reporting.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with a passion for making a difference.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with databases.
