Digital Content Executive
TSRN are working with a leading Compliance Body who are looking to expand their Marketing Team. The role of the Digital Content Executive will be responsible for the planning, writing and delivery of the client’s content with responsibility for developing content that meets the needs of our core audiences across web, social and print collateral.
Alongside this, the successful candidate will have responsibility for maintaining the client social media presence, as well as ensuring the website is updated consistently with new blog, news, and video content.
Key duties may include:
1. Liaising with stakeholders and internal departments to outline responsibilities and ensuring contributions are made in a timely manner.
2. Developing, implementing, and evaluating content and plans aimed at existing customers, new customers, transfer customers, and key stakeholders.
3. Working with technical staff throughout the business to develop a consistent content pipeline in the form of blogs and news articles.
4. Ensuring content is of a consistently high standard and aligns with business objectives around lead generation, brand positioning, and knowledge transfer.
5. Managing the client social media content, ensuring regular posts are published across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
6. Supporting with marketing campaign collateral across email and print.
7. Keeping up to date with best practices and developments in the world of social media, digital marketing (SEO & PPC), and content marketing.
8. Ensuring accurate and effective content is published to consistently deliver on lead generation activities.
9. Being involved in the creation, organization, publication, and attendance of all marketing activities in line with marketing plans including copywriting, PR, promotions, webinars, conferences, seminars, and communication.
10. Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online presence, simplifying the customer journey, and delivering exceptional customer service.
11. Working with the wider commercial team to ensure the correct presentation of client-facing collateral including tender documentation.
12. Managing and enforcing the marketing team’s administrative systems on an ongoing basis (Publications library, photo bank, electronic files, design archive, etc.).
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
1. Exceptional copywriting skills with proven experience in a professional environment.
2. Demonstrable experience of developing content marketing campaigns that align with and deliver against business objectives.
3. Highly experienced in developing content in a variety of formats; from long-form blogs to email and social media.
4. Ability to analyze and report on content performance using platforms such as Google Analytics.
5. Good understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
6. Previous experience with applications: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook), Website CMS such as Kentico, Salesforce, Dropbox, as well as creative tools such as Canva.
7. A team player with the ability to work with a variety of audiences.
In return, the client is offering hybrid working, a basic salary up from £28k-£30k, 4% yearly pay rises, 28 days holidays plus bank holidays, up to 10% pension contributions, private medical, and a rewarding and fun environment to work within.
