A lifeguard is required to effectively carry out the operational procedures of the pool, fitness facilities and assist the management team.
You will be expected to work shifts in covering school and public sessions throughout the opening hours.
A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification will be essential or where this is not held you must be willing to achieve this qualification within 6 months of appointment. Other relevant coaching qualifications would be an advantage.
You will be carrying out a swimming teacher/coaching role and training is available. You should be able to work as part of a team, providing an excellent standard of cleanliness and customer care. A HSE First Aid qualification and knowledge of pool water treatment and operations would be an advantage., Disability Confident
