We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Transport operations.
Responsibilities include
Checking vehicles in and out of the premises,
Politely challenging visitors
Ensuring yard remains fully lit and the lights are working
* Identify and mitigate risks.
Team Supervision:
* Lead and motivate our driving team
* Monitor performance, conduct training, identify and address any issues.
Route Planning and Optimisation:
* Ensure routes maximise productivity, adjusting to meet the limitations and specific needs of our specialised equipment.
* Continual monitoring of traffic conditions and driver progress, to identify potential delays/issues.
Fleet Management
* Ensuring all vehicles meet the standards set out by the DVSA, ensuring roadworthiness and providing guidance and instructions
