They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Off-Plan Conveyancer to join their property team. You will be responsible for managing the legal process of purchasing properties off-plan, ensuring that transactions run smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing
* Manage the full cycle of off-plan conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
* Liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and timely progression of transactions.
* Conduct thorough title checks and prepare legal documents, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
* Draft and review contracts, checking for any special conditions or variations required for off-plan purchases.
* Handle the exchange of contracts and ensure all conditions are met before completion.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the process.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.
* Manage case files effectively.
What you will have
* Understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, specifically in off-plan transactions.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload and work to tight deadlines.
* Outstanding client care skills, with the ability to explain legal matters relating to property in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong IT skills, including experience using case management systems.
* Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
