What is required?
1. An Undergraduate Degree (preferable) and/or previous SEN experience, ideal for Criminology and Psychology Graduates.
2. An interest in mental health and Autism.
3. Knowledge, keen interest, or understanding of the range of different types of learning and behavioural needs (SEMH elements of the provision).
4. Local Commute to Luton.
