Rate: £500-£550 Inside IR35
Dates: Start 3rd of Feb, 3 months initially
Location: Mainly remote, some travel to offices. Ideally candidates will be based in Manchester or London
Responsibilities
* Assist the Project Lead in designing and implementing delivery frameworks aligned with government guidelines (Teal Book).
* Use Microsoft Project Planner (essential) to manage and track project schedules.
* Oversee workstreams across the full project lifecycle to ensure objectives are met.
* Support project planning, risk identification, and progress monitoring.
* Collaborate with teams and stakeholders, acting as a key link to the Project Lead.
* Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices.
* Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and required adjustments.
* Experience with government projects and public sector frameworks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project Planner for scheduling and tracking.
* Strong knowledge of full project lifecycles (waterfall environment, not agile).
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Familiarity with Teal Book and industry guidelines.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
