For the successful Technical Support Manager, our client is offering:
* Salary up to £45,000 p/annum
* Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
* Permanent
* Hybrid: 3 days per week from the Office

The role - Technical Support Manager:
* Responsible for remote and on-site assessments of venue networks and Internet infrastructure
* Communicate with on-site personnel and third-party vendors to convey network configuration requirements in advance of events
* Team leadership and development of Operations Technicians, with assistance where needed by the Head of Operations and HR
* Overseeing and arranging all individual and/or team training
* Set and manage team agreed KPI's and other set objectives
* Management of the Technical Resource Schedule to ensure all Live and Virtual events are effectively resourced
What our client is looking for in a Technical Support Manager:
* Experience leading an IT support / technical team - ESSENTIAL
* Networking, configuration and equipment setup Experience - ESSENTIAL
* Degree / Educated in IT or related fields - DESIRABLE
* Travel - London and EU when required - ESSENTIAL
* Management and Leadership experience - ESSENTIAL
