Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days or Nights) to join our team at Ferndene Care Home, Gainsborough.

Rate of pay and hours: The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage with increments for NVQ 2 and 3. You would be required to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
Shift times :
Days: 07:45-20:00
Nights: 19:45-08:00

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:
As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living. We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.
