Location: Hybrid: Remote with 1 to 2 days per week in our Bristol Offices.

As the largest residential landlord in the city, the Housing and Landlord Services Team has a key role in ensuring our existing and new homes are safe, secure, affordable, and sustainable.
We are looking for an Asset Technician to deliver services to support internal and external teams, specifically the Asset Management Team.
What will I be doing?
The Asset Technician Will Be Responsible For:
* Taking ownership of a complex area of Asset Management support work, holding responsibility for end-to-end processes e.g. planning and overseeing the asset survey programme and responsibility for day-to-day operational issues.
* Collate, validate, cleanse and upload data and documents from various sources into the Asset Management database.
* Provide Project Management Support to the Asset Management Team.
* Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders and provide advice on specialist area of Asset Management.
You Will Be Part Of The Asset Strategy Team, Whose Responsibilities Range From Establishing The 30-year Housing Investment Plan Worth Billions, To Identifying The Properties To Receive New Kitchens And Bathrooms In The Next 12 Months. Do I have what you are looking for?
* Relevant Level 3 qualification e.g. NQ level 3, BTEC, relevant A Levels etc and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and understanding through experience.
* Have working knowledge of IT systems; Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
* Have the ability to cleanse, interrogate and report against data.
* Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks, working independently to reach a satisfactory resolution.
