The must haves for this role: Graduate Certificate / Post Graduate Certificate qualification as an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) A British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited or British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) EMHP training course or preparing to submit for accreditation Be confident in assessing for and delivering, high quality, outcome focused, evidence-based low intensity interventions to children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. Be confident in working in a school setting and working collaboratively with colleagues in Early Help, Social Care and across the wider system.
