We're on the hunt for a Gaming Partnership Manager to take the lead for Virgin Media Gamepad at The O2! In this exciting role, you'll work closely with top gaming publishers to build and maximize powerful partnerships that drive brand awareness, fan engagement, and unforgettable experiences. You'll be at the forefront of every gaming initiative, collaborating with teams across marketing, PR, social, events, data, and more to ensure each partnership delivers measurable impact and aligns with our goals.
In addition to managing relationships with key gaming brands, you'll support the Head of Gaming & Sponsorship Operations in developing our annual strategy and planning, while overseeing agency partners to bring bold, creative ideas to life. Whether it's delivering exclusive experiences through our Priority platform or bringing fans closer to their gaming heroes via unique content and live events, your role will directly contribute to Virgin Media's reputation for innovation and excitement in the gaming space.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Strong sponsorship activation experience (5+ years) working on high-profile partnerships
* Knowledge, insight and passion for maximising sponsorship rights to deliver industry-leading, fully integrated campaigns
* Experience working with rights holders, publishers and agency partners
* Gaming industry knowledge, expertise and strong contacts
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring:
* Strong brand marketing experience, using sponsorships to develop brand campaigns
* Creatively minded, and not afraid to push boundaries, innovate and test and learn
* Track record working across gaming social channels, generating quality content
* Ability to manage annual plans and budgets for high-profile partnerships
* Build strong working relationships, excellent team-working and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
