We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organisation’s IT systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and meeting room technology. You will also act as a point of contact for IT-related support requests, ensuring that all technology systems are running efficiently and effectively. Your main responsibilities will include: Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Respond to IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers Monitor and ensure the availability of network and internet connectivity across the organisation Maintain accurate records of IT support tickets, incidents, and resolutions You will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. You will be experienced in Active Directory, Entra ID and Desktop Support. You will be experience with 1st & 2nd line support and knowledge of AWS would be preferable.
