The Role As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial part in our day-to-day operations, ensuring key administrative processes are completed efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating various tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team members across multiple areas. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing and processing customer orders, updating systems with delivery acknowledgment dates, and managing related documents such as POAs and STP files. Handling customer documentation, including SMDLs, MRB/COC submissions, concessions, and technical queries (TQs). Providing accurate data for monthly Health & Safety and environmental reports. Tracking customer job progress, updating delivery sheets, and managing shop floor value spreadsheets. This includes end-of-month reporting and monthly accruals. Weekly updates to forward order schedules, ensuring completed jobs and changes are recorded. Managing calibration records and processes, including system updates, dispatching items for calibration, and organising certificates. Preparing and reporting monthly KPIs, ensuring they are displayed and distributed. General administrative tasks such as handling emails, answering phone calls, scanning, and supporting directors with additional requests etc. as requested. Why Join Us? What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook). Effective written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
