An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the team at our new amalgamated Homefield Primary School.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong interpersonal, organisational and clerical skills, who can work well both independently and collaboratively, to join our supportive admin team. As the first point of contact for school queries, you must be able to present and maintain a friendly and professional welcome, be able to cope with conflicting demands and interruptions, and remain calm and polite under pressure.
Whilst the role is based at our Chesswood Road site, staff may be required to work at both our Lyndhurst Road and Chesswood Road sites depending upon the needs of the school. A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to help develop administrative systems is required.

3. Be able to remain calm and polite under pressure
4. Be flexible, well organised and hard-working
5. Be enthusiastic and able to contribute to and work collaboratively as part of a team
6. Be willing to access training and support via online platforms
7. Work within the school’s policies and procedures
Working hours: 37 hours per week. 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
Salary: Grade 3 scp 3 – £24027 pro-rata / £20238 actual or Grade 4 scp 5 - £24,790 pro-rata / £20880 actual (depending on experience)
