• Salary £39,462 rising to £44,921
• 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
• 48 days leave inclusive of closure days and public holidays

• Based in Edinburgh, Scotland
As the Office Manager, you will line manage a small team and be responsible for the robustness of all the administrative
procedures that are the foundation of our high quality casework and effective Trade Union organising activities, including
liaising with the Events Officer to deliver National events such as our Scotland Conference and any sub-conferences or workshops,
the Scotland Training Programme, Co-coordinating the use of rooms within the Centre and booking external venues when required and
organising catering and accommodation as necessary.
You will need to be financially astute and demonstrate excellent communication skills, personal credibility, and the commitment to
develop and maintain effective office practices appropriate to a hybrid working environment.
You will be able to use Microsoft Office, be familiar with using complex databases and delivering to competing deadlines. Whilst
not essential, a demonstrable commitment to the values of the Trade Union movement is desirable.
