and What You'll Be Doing
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Tax Assistant within our Tax, Trusts and Compliance team based in our Sheffield office. Working within a large, friendly team, your role will be to provide administrative support and assist with the preparation of tax returns for the department whilst also being an excellent opportunity to learn from the best.
About You
Given the nature of the role, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities. Working as part of a team, you will be expected to draft tax returns and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, monitoring workflows and liaising with internal clients. You will also demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative, handling your own caseload and working to fee earning targets.
