We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. Duties
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to proper protocols.
Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when required, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Suppoting clients to attend appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their well-being during transport.
Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Experience
Previous experience in care, home care, domiciliary care ,supported living or hospice care is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medication administration and patient care protocols is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
A valid driving licence is essential .
A caring attitude combined with patience and empathy is essential for success in this role.
