The post holder will work alongside the Locality Lead, and deputise in his/her absence, as a key clinical resource to support patient flow for individuals requiring an assessment for or found eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare, Funded Nursing Care or CHC Fast Track. A key aspect of the role will be to provide professional leadership within their field of expertise to the wider teams and to provide clinical oversight and knowledge to support system-wide patient flow. Main duties of the job The post-holder will be responsible for the day to day line management of the Clinical Leads within the AACC team and will have dynamic leadership and excellent communication skills.
