Key job responsibilities
-Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiationto closure, ensuring successful delivery within agreed-upon successmeasures, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
-Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering, scoping, projectapproval, planning, and verification of strategicgoals.
- Develop gap analyses, functional specifications,project schedules, and milestones.
- Assemble diverseproject teams, assign responsibilities, and foster an inclusive andcollaborative environment.
- Assess costs, benefits, andrisks, and proactively identify and mitigate high-priority issuesthrough effective action and appropriate escalation.
-Balance business needs with technical and security requirements,ensuring seamless integration.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalentexperience.
- Proven experience managing large,cross-functional technology projects from requirements definitionthrough solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability tothink creatively, apply strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Excellentproject and program management skills, with experience inmethodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint,Excel, and others.
- Strong attention to detail andexceptional written and verbal communication skills, with theability to effectively communicate with individuals from diversebackgrounds and technical proficiencies.
- Ability toinfluence, negotiate, and build collaborative relationships withinternal and external partners, contractors, andvendors.
- Proficiency in business applications such asMS Word, Excel, and Visio.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Solid understanding of enterprise TCP/IPnetwork theory and architecture.
- Hands-on experiencewith various operating systems (Windows, UNIX/Linux,macOS).
- Experience in delivering AV projects andmanaging IT infrastructure projects (colocation, networkdeployment, production operations).
- Familiarity withinformation security, relational databases, and cloudcomputing.
- Experience within complex organizationalsettings (PMO, geographic dispersion).
- Experiencementoring and developing team members, fostering an inclusive andsupportive environment.
- Flexibility to travel, bothdomestically and internationally, and work within global timezones.
