Key Responsibilities
: Conduct general visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces.
: Perform painting and decorating tasks.
: Carry out tiling and carpentry work.
: Handle basic plumbing tasks.
: Manage drainage and flushing systems.
: Change light bulbs and test emergency lights.
: Test fire alarms and doors.
: Perform grouting and plastering.
: Undertake minor electrical works.
: Repair building fixtures, including doors, handles, and windows.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
: City and Guilds 18th Edition Certification
: Proven experience in a comparable Building Service Role
: Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures
: Ability to troubleshoot single and three:phase control and distribution circuits
: Familiarity with lighting, motor, UPS systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
: City and Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering
: Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems
: Certification in using access equipment
: Specialized training in relevant areas
: Health and safety qualifications
