Desktop Support Technician (Laptop Replacement)
Client: Prestigious University
Contract length : Until Nov 2025 (high possibility of extension due to the volume)
Location : Cambridge Onsite (5 days a week)
Job Title: End User Support Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician to assist with the global replacement of thousands of devices. This role involves rebuilding laptops and swapping them with staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rebuild and swap laptops for staff members worldwide.
* Provide desktop setup and support for new devices.
* Assist with the installation and configuration of Windows and Office365.
* Offer excellent customer service and support to staff during the device swap process.
Must-Haves:
* Experience with Desktop Skills/ Desktop setups / Desktop swaps.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Office365.
* Excellent customer service skills.
