We are looking to recruit a Brand Content Executive to join our marketing team on a hybrid basis, spending time working at our Woking office and your home base.
In this role as Brand Content Executive, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality podcasts that are in line with our brand objectives and campaigns. You will create content that is highly engaging, encouraging loyalty and recommendation, and positioning us as an industry leader growing our brand awareness with positive perceptions.
As our Brand Content Executive, you will:
1. Develop and maintain the podcast content schedule, producing effective and engaging podcast content showcasing our brand KSPs.
2. Create, produce, and edit high-quality podcast content, both audio and visual, as directed to support key objectives, ensuring we are enhancing our brand position and reputation.
3. Organise and manage recording sessions and edit episodes and trailers to a professional standard, ensuring publication to agreed schedule.
4. Work collaboratively with the wider brand teams to ensure the effective promotion of podcast content through social media and campaigns.
5. Analyse content performance analytics and develop new creative ways to increase following and listener engagement rates, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.
6. Support the Brand Projects Manager with the review and delivery of externally produced high-quality video content as directed, working with external suppliers and key stakeholders from across the University to ensure all video content complies with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
7. Assist with the management of our YouTube channel and internal video platforms to ensure all video listings are correct and up to date.
Is this you?
1. Substantial and relevant experience of multimedia marketing, working within a content, media, or marketing team.
2. Experience of filming and recording audio and visual content for a public audience, through both online and in-person recording processes, and experience in creating high-quality podcast/video trailers.
3. Proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Premier Pro and Audition) and audio editing software and publishing platforms.
4. Ability to coordinate multiple projects for different audiences simultaneously.
5. Good all-round understanding of marketing channels and the role of brand marketing.
