About the role
* Own a portfolio of key enterprise accounts and drive new business opportunities.
* Responsible for a revenue target of $900k, with opportunities to exceed.
* Work closely with C-level executives and decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions.
* Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to achieve revenue goals.
* Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close, utilizing a value-based selling approach.
* Mentor and support BDRs to enhance prospecting strategies.
About you
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in an enterprise B2B environment.
* At least 10 years in an enterprise closing role.
* Experience selling to enterprise and tech buyers, ideally within the SDLC, DevOps, or managed services space.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Highly motivated, strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Package
* Salary up to £110,000 + double OTE.
* Flexible working environment. (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office)
