Job Description
As a Business Development Manager your patch will cover Bristol, Bournemouth and Truro. You will be responsible for exceeding the New Business generation KPIs and meet with business objectives, by identifying and developing opportunities with allocated financial intermediaries. You will identify potential business and manage existing relationships and performance using appropriate lines of communication and tools, presenting the products and services of the group.
As a Business Development Manager you will be:
* Managing existing relationships to generate business to achieve KPIs from key accounts. Identify opportunities selling the company's products and services.
* Monitoring performance and quality tools using MI
* Developing and implement a strategic account plan that can be articulated to key stakeholders whilst coordinating tactical activities to maximise outputs
* Representing the group at key industry events as designated to promote the business to wide and targeted audience to ensure the business is recognised as an industry leader
* Analysing and evaluate broker performance and opportunities by applying a strong understanding and knowledge of the market and competitors
* Maintaining proactive pipeline management for sales effectiveness
* Providing support to all key accounts including education and knowledge of the company's products, services and procedures within the TCF and TPF framework to provide a positive customer outcome
Qualifications
Essential:
* Proven business to business development with larger Key Accounts
* Ability to develop a robust contact strategy with multi-layered, complex accounts
* Experience of working within a secured lending environment, with a strong understanding and knowledge of the secured lending intermediary market
* National travel and overnight stays
* The ability to work to targets
* Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills preferred
* Full Driving License
